If a laptop breaks down or malfunctions on its own, extended warranty covers parts and labor (or replacement if beyond repair). If an employee accidentally spills liquids or breaks the laptop, accident insurance covers parts or labor. If you decline either, you will be liable for the device and will be charged for any parts, labor, or replacement.
Laptops have about three years of use or less. If a laptop goes down, we will assess and replace the device asap depending on the assessment.
