Is delivery available to all cities in the Philippines?

Yes, we deliver direct to employees in key and non-key cities across the Philippines. Within Metro Manila, delivery takes up to 3 days and outside of Metro Manila shipping can take up to 12 days.

Do you have other products too?

Yes, we also have monitors, tablets, headphones, servers, desktops, and more. We can also bundle products together for new users - just contact us for more.

What if an employee leaves early, what are my options?

You can simply transfer the device to a new user (small transfer fee) or end the contract early for a larger fee early termination fee.

What does extended warranty and accident insurance cover?

If a laptop breaks down or malfunctions on its own, extended warranty covers parts and labor (or replacement if beyond repair). If an employee accidentally spills liquids or breaks the laptop, accident insurance covers parts or labor. If you decline either, you will be liable for the device and will be charged for any parts, labor, or replacement.

How old are laptops?

Laptops have about three years of use or less. If a laptop goes down, we will assess and replace the device asap depending on the assessment.

What about data wiping?

For every device transfer or return, we will immediately wipe the data from the devices leveraging our top tier service center.
