Is delivery available to all cities in the Philippines?

Yes, we deliver to key and non-key cities. We handle door to door delivery for employees. We can coordinate laptop shipping both to and from employees for onboarding and offboarding. Within Metro Manila, shipping takes up to 3 days and outside of Metro Manila shipping can take up to 12 days.

Do you have other products too?

Yes, we have other remote-office devices as part of our package offerings. See our inventory newsletters to see current products and packages. Note, non-laptop products are rent to own-only

What if an employee leaves early, what are my options?

You can either end the contract early for a fee or transfer the device to a new user for a lesser fee.

What does extended warranty and accident insurance cover?

If a laptop breaks down or malfunctions on its own, extended warranty covers parts and labor (or replacement if beyond repair). If an employee accidentally spills liquids or breaks the laptop, accident insurance covers parts or labor. If you decline either, you will be liable for all parts, labor, or replacement.

What about water damage and theft?

How old are the laptops?

All newly issued laptops have 3 years of use or less. All laptops are covered under standard warranty, so in the event the laptop malfunctions we'll assess and replace a bad device.

What are the add-on services?

If within Tier 2 coverage, customers can request setup services such as Enterprise Suite (O365), Anti-Virus Security, End-Point, VPNs, Firewall, Data Hosting

Can we upgrade our laptops?

Yes, depending on the account current status and contract plans, we will work with you to consider and initiate new or upgraded computers per your company’s needs or refresh policies.

Is a Rent-to-Own option available?

Yes, all laptop devices can be purchased after year 3 at the remaining value of the device.
